8 step Slow Swing lessons are taught by Melanie and Glen at Crazy Feet Dance Studio on Wednesday nights. Trisha Heidke is a highly experienced accredited DanceSport teacher, and a Principal of Heidke Dance Studio. A new class every Wednesday night will be conducted by Trisha at the Toowong Bowls Club commencing 20 February. The class is from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm. Toowong Bowls Club is situated at 59 Gailey Road, Toowong, on the corner of Heroes Avenue. The class will cover ballroom basics and beyond and will include the basic steps of the more popular social dances that are danced at Aussie Dances Friday and Saturday night dances each week, including: Waltz, Quickstep, Rhythm Foxtrot, Jive, Cha Cha Cha and Samba. |
