REBEL ROUSER performs the fabulous music of the 50’s & 60’s and Popular Hits, comprising Rock ‘n Roll, Ballads, Disco and Country Rock. Their 25 years of experience in the music industry and in Club performances, provides each audience with a great night out and music of their choice, to keep ‘em partying all night. Rebel Rouser comes complete with a Professional attitude and sound. From fully upbeat dance music to mellow dinner music. Their show is fully sequenced and can be adapted, at your request, to suit almost any venue or event. KAREN has many years experience in Bands and Duos, and plays keyboard, bass guitar, drums and rhythm guitar. Her husky, bewitching vocals, and warm, bright personality, creates a rapport with audiences wherever she performs. Karen’s vocal renditions have been likened to Karen Carpenter, Anne Murray and Lesley Gore. LES plays lead guitar and sings lead and harmony vocals. He has performed with many Bands and Duos over the last 4 decades and has developed a unique affinity with audiences, and is known for a quick quip or joke at any time. His vocals have been compared to Buddy Holly, Cliff Richard, Ricky Nelson and Paul Kelly. His influences are:- The Shadows, Dire Straits, Van Morrison, Creedance, The Eagles, Lee Kernaghan and Alan Jackson. As "REBEL ROUSER", Karen and Les have been performing RSL, Bowling, Sporting and Leagues Clubs, Weddings, Parties and dance engagements for the last 25 years, with their unique vocal harmonies, guitar and state of the art keyboard and energetic stage performance, and have pursued music as their full-time career, using the latest in high technology equipment and backing, but still using the flexibility of a live band. Performing from North Queensland, through South East Queensland to Northern New South Wales.
